Intra-Group Data Sharing Consent

I have read, understood, and explicitly agree to the Intra-Group Data Protection and Compliance Manifesto. I acknowledge, consent, and provide express authorisation for my personal data, special category data (including biometric identifiers), right-to-work verifications, financial and banking information, and sector-specific compliance records to be shared, hosted, and processed interchangeably across Workforce Resourcing Group Limited (Company No. 16320925) and any of its current or future holding companies, subsidiaries, associated undertakings, sector brands, or authorised subcontractor divisions as defined under Section 1159 and Schedule 6 of the Companies Act 2006 (collectively referred to as "the Group"). I explicitly recognise that this processing operates under a Joint Data Controller Framework between the Southampton Resourcing Hub and the Polish Accounts & Compliance division (and/or any other internal group administrative divisions processing data outside the UK under appropriate Standard Contractual Clauses or International Data Transfer Agreements) for the necessary performance of my contract, group payroll execution, administrative billing, and business continuity. A current directory of active Group entities is maintained dynamically within the Group’s centralised Privacy Policy.

Advanced Restructuring & Novation Agreement

I explicitly agree that the employment or engagement contract I am executing with Workforce Resourcing Limited (Company No. 10529852) may, at the absolute discretion of the Group, be assigned, novated, or structurally transferred to any connected sister company, holding company, or subsidiary within the Group, including but not limited to Workforce Resourcing Solutions Limited (Company No. 16796902), in the event of an intra-group corporate restructuring, consolidation, or asset transfer. Pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, I provide irrevocable advanced contractual consent to any such future transfer, which shall take effect immediately upon written notification to me by the Group. This advanced consent is strictly conditional upon the Group ensuring that my hourly pay rates, active client site assignments, accrued but untaken holiday balances, and original continuous service start date are fully protected, preserved, and mirrored under the principles of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE), ensuring complete continuity of terms.
